How Do I Order?

Making a purchase couldn’t be easier. Just browse our catalogue, click on the items you wish to buy and put them into your basket. When you have finished your selection, click on checkout and you will be asked for credit card and delivery details to complete the order.

How can I find what I am looking for?

There are a lot of products for sale at www.ComputerBits.ie. You can use our friendly menus to find what you are looking for or use our search facility to search by manufacturer, product or description. If you don’t find what you are looking for you can click the chat button and ask us.

How can I pay?

You can pay using a credit or debit card or alternatively you can use your PayPal account. All prices on our site are in Euros and include VAT at the appropriate rate currently 21%.

Is it safe to use my Credit Card?

Yes, ComputerBits.ie use Realex Credit Card Processing , which provides the highest level of security to our customers. We do not have access to or hold your credit card details as they are passed directly to Realex for maximum security.

Do you ship internationally?

No, Due to the high risk of credit card fraud outside Ireland we currently only ship to Ireland.

How much is delivery?

Delivery is Free for orders over € 121.00 For orders under € 121 there is a flat rate of € 9 to anywhere in Ireland.

How long will it take to get my order?

Usually if the items are in stock 2-3 days for rural Ireland, for most parts of Dublin we try to deliver in 1-2 days. If items are not in stock please contact the office for a realistic delivery date.
